I need to align the news scroller on the left with the div (blue boarder) on the bottom or top.  They should sit side by side to each other with a bit of space between them.  Thank you.
p.s., the window control that's minimize is the plugin here,  Don't know if that would be relevant to CSS styling.

Great!  That almost work perfectly.  Now, they're off a bit on lining on the top and that's because the label on top of the news scroller.  How can I lower the Div on the right so that the borader on top is lined up with the news scroller top boarder?  Thanks Please see the screen shot
