I need to align the news scroller on the left with the div (blue boarder) on the bottom or top.  They should sit side by side to each other with a bit of space between them.  Thank you.
p.s., the window control that's minimize is the plugin here, http://fstoke.me/jquery/window/.  Don't know if that would be relevant to CSS styling.

Great!  That almost work perfectly.  Now, they're off a bit on lining on the top and that's because the label on top of the news scroller.  How can I lower the Div on the right so that the borader on top is lined up with the news scroller top boarder?  Thanks Please see the screen shot
