I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Any other impact inconvenience in using Outlook application for that user?

Normally Outlook would have 5-6 connections to different services\servers...could be one of those session got terminated by external factor....but honestly this would go unnoticed by the normal Outlook user\operation.

Any Addons in this client machine?
Any chance of running Outlook in safe mode for a day or so? (Outlook /safe)

One easy way to find the impact of the 3rd party DLLs on the Outlook is to run the Process monitor

>> after identifying\suspecting the DLLs\names, you should disabled all addins in Outlook and via 2 reg keys.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
HKEY_CURRENT_USERS\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins

Restarted Outlook and ran process monitor to confirm that the Outlook is running natively while connecting to the Exchange server
