Vertical Expandable Menu

I am trying to create a vertical expandale menu with javascript and css that uses images.

I mean that you click on home.gif and there is a submenu etc.

I  have seen those that use a + or - .png and then has text beside it but that is not whaqt i want.

I am completely lost on this and any help would be greatly appreciated.

That will not work. I downloaded and tried it and it will only place my imaqges on top of thier basckgrounds.

Well I managed to figure it out after a lot of trial and error. If anyone needs to see it they can check it out at http://www.lammonline.org/menu1.asp
