Needs recomendations for implementing Exchange 2010 DAG

We are planning to migrate from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.We have 2 sites in 2 different countries.We want to implement DAG.
Each site need to have different OWA's and need to send email st to internet.

thanks wsewasim. I have worked on DAG's before and I know how to implement I am more interested in how to setup the CAS servers so that user at the diffreent site can use their own local CAS server for OWA,OMA and http/rpc.
