I have generated a SSL Certificate with GoDaddy for my ISA 2004 Server and Exchange 2003. To use the OWA and HTTP/RPC Services.

I have installed the certificate. And Published the services from ISA. Created a web listener with the new certificate.

I get the following error when running ISA BPA.

ISA Server failed to establish an SSL connection with my.domain.com. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

The failure is due to error: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

With a go-daddy cert you also need to install the intermediate certificate - have you done so?

So you have installed it twice, yes? Once into the Exchange/iis server, then exported the cert back out with the proivate key ,a dnd this is what you have then imported into the ISA server?
When you access the https://whatever.domain.comn/owa what are you dseeing on the client screen?
What do you see in the ISA realtime log viewer?
