missed emails in my network

dear all
my emails hosted in outside company
many times i faced strange problem
many employees in my network inform me that there are many emails from our customers or partners does not received in them outlook could you please advise ?

Ask the provider if there is an antispam filter, you can mange then white list for customers and partner

this is will worki in emaiing between me and other employees inside my netwrok
but what about outside recievers it is very difficult for me to put all of them in white list is there
any other solution to make it simple
