USB 3.0 ExpressCard in PCMCIA

By mistake I've purchased a USB 3.0 ExpressCard for my Dell Latitude 6300 which doesn't have a ExpressCard slot;
Can this be used in the PCMCIA slot with some attachment/adapter?

You sure can. You can get the adapter from several sources.

I prefer newegg.com as there are customer reviews (both good and bad) and their return policy is excellent (as is their shipping speed).

David: am sorry if my question was unclear; i've purchased exactly the adapter you've suggested but am unable to use it as my notebook doesn't have an Expresscard slot

My question was whether the iomega adapter that i've bought can be used through the PCMCIA slot that i have on my notebook;

since asking the question i've been searching & could only find something called -
PCMCIA to ExpressCard Adapter Card - USB
but this seems to be USB 2.0

Can you give me the part data or link for the iomega adapter please?

i would try to exchange it for the correct type -otherwise you are creating an adaptor - to another adaptor - to a device chain that easily breaks...
