Transfer SQL 7 db to SQL Server 2005 on different PC

I have a 9MB DB running on a local copy of MSSQL 7. I need to move this database to a SQL 2005 Server.

I don't have the SQL Enterprise Manager available for the SQL7 installation.

How can I transfer this database?

also if the sql 7 has only this database and you want to stop it permanently :
stop the sql 7 service, then the database file will free, go to management studio and attach the databse by browsing the .mdf file.

Run the BACKUP statement in the SQL server Management Studio in SQL 7 take the BACKUP and RESTORE it in the SQL 2005 server.

BACKUP Example:
Backing up a complete database

The following example backs up the AdventureWorks2008R2 database to a disk file.

BACKUP DATABASE AdventureWorks2008R2
 TO DISK = 'Z:\SQLServerBackups\AdvWorksData.bak'
   WITH FORMAT;
GO
