HP m1522nf and Office 2010

Hi,

I have a client with two HP m1522nf all in ones. The users on Office 2007 or below are able to scan from the device to Word on their PC without any issues. They have recently upgraded two users to Office 2010 and are now unable to scan to Word. The scanner scans the document but Word reports "unable to aquire image"

I have reinstalled the device with the 22 Oct 2010 full version but am getting the same error.

Anyone else had this issue? Or anyone know a resolution?

You Will need to check the configuration and scanning locations.
If it was point to word.exe in when using 2007, you will need to update the path for 2010
ie from office12\word.exe to office14\word.exe
