I'm using Blackberry server version 4.1.4.17 on Win 2003.<br />

Nothing has changed on the BES server but suddenly no devices are syncing. I have tried restarting BES services and the whole server and it all comes back online and BES server states that it's running.<br />
I have noticed in the event logs that I am getting event ID code: 10277 &quot;Agent 1 failed to start. Error code 5305&quot;<br />
Can anyone help ASAP.

Nothing has changed on the BES server but suddenly no devices are syncing. I have tried restarting BES services and the whole server and it all comes back online and BES server states that it's running.
