Internet Explorer 9. Upgrade from 8 or not?

Should I "upgrade" from IE 8 to IE 9 ? I've read only good reviews but would like a few opinions. I use Win 7 on three computers. One laptop with 2 gig ram, one dell laptop workstation with 6 gigs ram and one workstation with 12 gigs ram. The only trouble I have with IE 8 is unexplained shut downs once or twice a day.

I'm still having some crashes with IE9 when clicking some links.

LeDaouk - Thanks for your input. I'm going to post the same question again to get more opinions before I decide. That way I  don't have to split points.
