default value of combo box

Experts, I have the following rowsource for an unbound value list combobox:
-1;Yes;0;No
bound = 1
Column count = 2
widths = 0

I need it to default to No.
I have put =No ="No" = 0 but it does not default

What is the problem?

in the load event of the form, set the default value

private sub form_load()

me.combo.value=me.combo.itemdata(1)

end sub
