did you power cycle the appliance? are you using it in conjunction with a sonicwall appliance? do internal users have internet access? do you get the login screen?

Yes, we did re-cycle the device.  Users are getting a login screen and yes, internal users have Internet access.   Only the outside users can't connect via NetExtender

Additionally, one of our DC controllers went down.  Is there a way within the SonicWall SSL-VPN device to switch to an alernative DC system?

Solution provided worked
hey guys, that link above is dead...Our primary AD went down. I got the secondary AD\DNS working for everything except the following. Now we have remote users trying to login through the VPN SRA 4200. (which worked fine before) when I look at the logs I see the error "AD server unreachable" - with the old AD\DNS server IP address. That system is dead and gone. So Im guessing th issue is its trying to get the user authenticated but can't find the new AD? I must be missing a setting somewhere. Any help would be wonderful! Thanks in advance
