I have 2 Brand new HP P2055DN printers and both on seperate computer refuse to print PDF documents. <br />

I have downloaded the PCL5 and PCL6 Driver, the universal driver PCL5 V5.2, I have loaded new Firmware from the HP site to the Printers. I have tried printing direct to the printer and also spooling<br />

Now before we go further I can actually get the PDF to print but I have to open the properties for the printer before hitting ok, then it prints.<br />

This is not an answer for the users I have, most of them right click on the document and click print and it just sits there no print job shows in the printer and no spooling windows pop up.<br />

Other than calling HP and having them point the finger at Adobe and vise versa, I am at my wits end.
