cannot send email to certain address via exchange server

Hi, I have a user who has outlook 2007 running on a 2008 sbs server, exchange 2007.

All of a sudden this one user gets a bounce back, with so far, 2 remote email address's from the exchange server.
But, one of our other users can send the email instead.
