Depending on the size of your libraries: -
1 - Save them as an STP template, migrate them into the new site template library and recreate it that way
2 - Look at a content migration job

Hope that helps

The library is about 3 GB worth of documents. I just want the documents. Also, where would I place the documents. What I did was create 2nd folder which has the allitems.aspx page format that I want. Where exactly do I put stp files and use them?

If you don't need metadata, permissions, views, etc, just the docs, then use 2 Explorer views (source and target) to drag and drop them directly.
