I would like to consider myself a pretty good network administrator.  However this is really kicking my butt.  I have my laptop setup for Offline Files to sync my documents that are documented redirected.  I have been having the issue over the last few weeks where when I browse to \\server\redirected folders.  I only see my folders.

If I remove offline files it see them all.  It is lke windows thinks I am offline.  But I am plugged in via Gigabit Ethernet.

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks for your assistance!

You can try clearing your offline file cache as so:

To reinitialize the Offline Files cache, create the following DWORD
registry value with a value of 1 and restart the system.

HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\CSC\Parameters\FormatDatabase

*Note that any unsynchronized changes will be lost. In addition,
any files and folders pinned by means other than Folder Redirection
or Group Policy will no longer be pinned on that client.*
