samba with ldap and home directories

Dear Experts:

If samba domain controller is configured with fds/openldap as a passwd backend how to create the home directories for the users and make it to available for the users. Please help.

Setup 'pam_mkhomedir' to create the home directories for you.

SIr, Thank you very much. in my case all the clients are of windows , the article provided by you is interesting and it holds good for linux as clients similarly i am looking for the windows clients , when the user login from windows system they should get their home directory, Please please help me to do so. Thanks in advance.
