Folks - we have a Windows XP x64 machine - has the the KB2412171 update installed.

It is causing Outlook 2007 to crash when a client trys to search.

When I go to add/remove programs to uninstall this it  looks it removes this but does not.

Is there a way to manually remove this or a tool can remove this update?

Thanks.

Check and see if this 2458611 hotfix is there?
If yes, can you try uninstalling this too?
