i just removed some software and after the reboot all my System fonts (outlook, start menus, menus, browser etc....) are all now a weird italicized font

I have no idea how this happened . and i would like to set it back
I tried control panel->fonts->font-settins and tried "Restore default font settings"

It did nothing
