How to add French spell check in Outlook 2003

I was wondering how do you add French spell check in Outlook 2003,  I checked the French tabs in Regional and Language Options still no luck. Is there a spell check download in Microsoft?

Have you tried Tools Menu -> Language -> Set Language? You shoud be able to do this for each document.
