Is ti possible to have an hosted exchange solution with Outlook TSE clients?

I noticed that in a TSE environement Outlook do not create an OST file and all data is stored in the Exchange server without any local data in the TSE server.

Is the case of an HOSTED exchange solution this could be not easy to handle since WAN connexion to Hosted Exchange is much slower than LAN access to Exchange server

And Hosted Exchange in a TSE Outlook environment is VERY SLOW. Any idea how to handle this problem? any way to build an OST file in a TSE Outlook environement?

Thank you

I'm going to answer the 'enable cache mode' part. It's been asked quite a few times on EE. It's simply not supported by Office when running on TS/RDS. Supposely even changing the registry keys manually doesn't even work. I understand you concerns about bandwidth. But I don't see how you have any other option with TS or RDS. How about having the users use Outlook on their local system for mailbox access?

You didn't mentioned your Outlook version. However I recently did a rollout of Outlook 2010 on TSE/RDS. It's now possible to use cached mode with 2010. Just make sure you have lots of room on the cached profile location as it will grow much larger with all the .ost files.

The problem is that I am using Outok 2007 in the TSE server ,
and is 2007 OST files are not available in TSE/RDS
