I have an office environment where there is an HP Officejet 8500g that is attached to the workgroup via ethernet connection. The client is question is windows7 and the are connecting to a Windows server 2003 terminal server. The printer shows up when logged into the ts and we can print a Windows test page, but when I try to print from Adobe acrobat reader or BusinessWorks, it will only print the header portion of the page. When I do print preview in either program, we see the entire page. I don't even know where to start troubleshooting this.
