My html button is not displayed?

I only have a button in this form.  I want it to display after the blue panel that contains thumnail images.  Why isn't it showing?  thanks.

It seems to be appearing on the page you provided in Google Chrome.  so it is either a browser thing (Doubtful) or a CSS property / JS is hiding it.  

Check Your Cache!!!!  history --> clear browsing history --> cache

could be using an older file
