Fortinet 310B kills web images

All of a sudden, our Fortinet 310B began to load incomplete web pages and images.  Hitting F5 to refresh the page on a client behind the Fortinet usually renders the complete page, but not always.  Some pages just refuse to load.  This used to work, and no known change took place on our end.  Has anyone seen this or have any idea where to look or what to do?

Can you attach your config of FortiGate?  Without this, it is almost impossible to help.

I'd rather not attach the whole thing; what section(s) do you need to see?  Thanks.
