Hi all,

Strange issue today, have a user that can’t send emails to himself (which he does a lot for some reason, maybe no friends, but who am I to judge lol). When he tries, he gets the error; Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values is not valid.

I was thinking corrupt OST, but why when only sending to himself?

I suspect his profile is corrupted; but, you may be able to recreate his outlook profile rather than having to make him a new user.
