Windows 7 folder - Zimbra desktop has converted folder to audio folder and can't change it

I have Zimbra desktop running on Windows 7 and when I browse with the built in browser in Zimbra e.g. to scan for a file to export/import  it shows the scanned folders as  'audio' folders so that the detail heading are: Name, Title, Contributing Artist, Album. I don't seem to see a way of changing the 'details' so that I can see the usual details of a document file folder e.g. date, time, file type, size, etc.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Right-click the folder name and select Properties, then go to the Customize tab.  Ensure that this folder is marked as General Items.

Details are in the link below.

Actually the problem  only shows up when I browse via Zimbra. I have now resolved it by choosing Content while in the folder and then right-clicking on the categories bar and choosing Properties and picking the appropriate columns I wanted.
