Or right-click on the batch file. Select Properties->Compatibility and at the bottom of the window, click on the Change Settings for all users button, then choose the option to "Run this program as an administrator"

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Log on as the default adminstrator shaunwingin
Go to the start shutdown>>arrow>>expand it>> select log off and then log on as default admin
Sounds like this user is a limited account not administrator.
Make the user/owner an administrator while logged in as administrator.
