Dell OpenManage Assistant

I would like to configure the Dell servers to send alerts to Dell assistant.
I configured the SNMP trap, but need to configure the Dell Agent (I guess it is also called Dell Server Administrator) to report which updates needed by the server.
any step by step on configuring that?

The OS is windows 2003/2008

Thanks

the above link is about deploying Dell server administrator(agent).
I have it already installed on all servers, how do I configure it to check the new updates needed which should be in the IT assistant repository..??

I used HP Insight Manager, the HP Insight Manager has a repository for the updates called version control repository, and the HP agent on other servers are configured to point to the repository in order to compare the updates they have installed with the updates of the new support pack.
So I need to know if Dell uses the same concept as HP or different. In either way please show me how it is configured...

Thanks

how do you know that a Dell server needs an update.??
for instance HP servers, are configured to communicate with HPSIM Repository by configuring their Version Control agent.
if the updates installed on the HP servers is older than the support pack in the repository it will show an icon for that.

How Dell servers communicate with Dell Assistant other than SNMP traps?

Please let me know when you find out about:

how the end servers determine that they are behind in updates compared to the IT assistant repository.

I have seen the Dell assitant Software updates section, it shows the IT assistant Repository as well as Online Repository, but have no idea how it works
