Exchange 2003 to 2010 SP1 OWA Access Durning Migration

I'm in the process to getting ready to start to migration mailboxes in groups of 10 to my new Exchagne 2010 SP1 server. Durning this migration my 2003 server and 2010 server will be running side-by-side here is my question.

-Right now all users access 2003 OWA via https://owa.domain.com/exchange under 2010 we plan on changing this to webmail.domain.com. There is an DNS A record for OWA site. I need to maintain access to OWA during the migration. If a 2003 mailbox is moved to 2010 and they try to access there mailbox via the old 2003 link will they be redirercted to the new 2010 OWA site?

How have other handled this so far
