Xerox documcolor 260 cant set SMTP settings

I have an older documax 260 and when i click on configure I get the attached screen shot , i have tried , chome , firefox and IE and updated JAVA ,still i get a blank screen , why ?

I see what is happening I think...you get a blank page when clicking to view the SMTP settings, but you also get a login prompt to login as Admin?

Maybe if you logged in as Admin, the settings would display?

the solution was to have the admin password  reset , remove JAVA and install java 1.4.2
