I have a trial copy of Small Business Server 2011 which is 6GB. I wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to copy the ISO file onto a USB pen and make it bootable ?

Any suggestions ?

On Win7 with an 8GB flash drive plugged in.

Click Start --> CMD --> right click and Run As Admin.

In the CLI (enter after each line flash = 4):

Diskpart
List disk
select disk 4
clean
Create partition primary
Select partition 0
format fs=ntfs quick
Active
Assign
Quit.

We have not had to do any BCD editing.
