I have a ListView control that will always contain 10,000+ rows.  To facilitate this large ListView I have implemented paging.

My issue is that I need to add a search feature that searches all rows within this ListView control on all pages of the control.

Code samples would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I had the same issue with a gridview.  I created a query that searched for a string within the table values and rebound to that query every time a search was done.

basically I just concatenated all the values from each column of the table into one of the fields (hidden) and then ran my query to accept a parameter with wildcards that looked for the input string on the contactenated field.
