i am getting error code number 0X8024402F<br />
Also as you stated above to disable AV , what is that ? and how should i tru disabling it .<br />

ohh if you mean Antivirus so i have not installed any antivirous yet , as just finished a fresh installation in server

&nbsp; &nbsp;i have recently installed windows 2003 R2 sp 2 in my ML370 server , after installation when i am running the windows update its giving error .<br />
even tried downloading fresh service pack 2 and installed it but still not sucessfull .<br />

windows server 2003 R2 sp2 is not updating
