transfering tables to excel using SSIS

i am creating ssis package that transfers tables to excel sheet from multiple daatabses using SINGLE SSIS Package.I came to solution(whether correct or not) like below,But i dont know the proper steps
How to use SSIS and make
loop over each database to get the table name into a variable, use the variable as source to get the data from and then export it into the excel file.
Pleae provide me the detail steps if possible

the link u gave to me shows only one table.Is there any way to transfer multiple tables from one db to one excel file but different excel sheet.Actually i have 3 databases and needs to transfer to three excel files using single package
