How do you connect Entourage 2008 to Exchange 2003 on Domain?

I have a iMac and I have hooked it up so I can browse my network etc etc.
Last step is to hook this imac up so it can see my Exchange 2003 server for email and calendar.
Do I use the Exchange setting or IMAP - nothing seems to work???
Any help would be great
