Microsoft Project - Header Title needed

I would like to create permananent (non-modifiable) Main Tasks in Project 2010 to serve as a title or placeholder for sub tasks.  I don't want them to have either a start of finish date (similar to the attached image).  They are merely fixed placeholders.

Example structure:

Sales Calls  << act as a header/title only
--Call John Doe  << normal task
--Call Jane Doe  <<normal task

Field Visits
--Visit John Doe
--Visit Jane Doe

I can work around this by blanking out the fields but the dates get filled in when the sub tasks are 100% completed.

I don't know if tasks are the method to best accomplish what I need so I'm open to other ideas.

Hi,

not sure I fully understand your question? Summary tasks in Microsoft Project always calculate their fields (start, finish, cost, work, custom fields) based on the detail tasks below. Also you screen shot shows Project 2007?
If your using Project 2010 you can set the Summary tasks to "Manual scheduled" (and optionally the details tasks to "Automatic Scheduled". This will prevent the summary tasks from calculating their dates or duration.

Hope this helps

I would prefer titles/headers as the image shows but this is a workaround to what I need..
