I have an employee here that has an issue with the sent items in outlook.

She tries to sort the sent items but "to" and it shows her name only, same thing if you soft by date or any other format.

Any thoughts how to fix this??

What is she trying to sort by? If she is trying to sort by day click the "Sent" tab in the sent folder. Do you mean it shows her names or it shows her name.

Instead of it showing that she sent emails to joe and bob and suzy and michele it looks like she has sent everything to HER SELF!!  ;-/

It LOOKS like she has them sorted by from.  But no matter what we sort them by they still only show HER NAME.

I have attached a screen shot.  I marked it up to cover up confidential info but you should be able to get the basics.

Notice how the TO is selected but it looks like it went to her every time?? jessica sent items

This was a bit to simple.

The "To" field had been removed.  I just had to add it back.

The "to" field had been removed.  I found this myself.
