I am creating a blog for our website, and want to display the post excerpt with an image. I am using a plugin called Thumbnail For Excerpts which posts an image from the post, for the blog page.

I want to have my post text to be to the right of the image though, and cannot seem to do it. Could somebody have a look at my CSS and see where i am going wrong and how to fix this please.

mock-up of what i am wanting to do.

here is a link to my website, blog page.

Hello!

Try adding this somewhere to your stylesheet:

img.alignleft
{
     float: left;
     margin: 0 10px 5px 0;
}

hr
{
     clear: both;
}

Open in new window

Hope that helps.
