I wish to learn XML.
Kindly tell how to proceed to do this.
I don't know any other programming language yet. A little bit of excel.

Well first keep in mind XML is not a programming language it is a standard to transmit data/information between programs and systems.  

but here is an excellent resource to learn XML  http://www.w3schools.com/xml/default.asp
