We are looking for some advice on a remote support solution.  We have been using "cross loop" to date and uvnc...however there are too many limitatiions.  We would like to find a solution with the following options

1. Control Windows, Mac,  (and if possible BB or WM)
2.  Be able to reboot a pc without user intervention and re connect
3.  Place a link on our website for easy user access

We looked at the Bomgar solution,  however the cost for one license is huge at $4000 including the appliance.

I am not sure if logmein or any other vendors provide something that would suit us?
Thanks!

Take a look at Teamviewer.  I have recently migrated over to using this as opposed to LogMeIn.  Its fast loading, easy to use and allows you to reboot remote systems, reconnect etc.
