sanjay-gandhi--What is their email program and what is yours?
What is it you/they do not like about the breaks?
Perhaps post a screenshot how their received email messages look like.
Are they seeing the same issue with mail from other senders?

1) My email program and their email program is the same - Microsoft Outlook.
2) What I/they do not like about the breaks is the gap in lines as below.

3) That's how the next point appears to them.

4) And this is how they receive the next line.

5) I do not know if they are getting the same format from other senders. I'll check and revert.
