How to download one Siliverlight Control / Form at a time at runtime in Webbased Sliverlight Application

I am developing a Silverlight Web based application. This application has a large number of forms (something like 30 Forms), with each of the forms having several controls on it.
At present when I start the application, the whole application with all its forms downloads first (taking rather a long time) before I can start using it. I wish to know if it is possible to develop a multiple Form Silverlight web based application such that the whole application does not download at the start up, instead only the first form in the application downloads when the application starts other Forms in the application are download one at a time at run time as they are needed by the application.  I am hoping that if I could do that, the user will be able to start using the application much more quickly.
I would appreciate an opinion on whether it is possible to achieve this in a web based Silverlight application and if yes, how to achieve this.

Many thanks for your help in anticipation.
