link in oultook does not work

Hi,

I have one customer when he click on one link into an email in outlook, nothing hapen, he has to copy and paste de link into internet explorer.

Do you have any idea how to fix this issue ?

I don't know if this would help but you could try this fix from Microsoft - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823301/en-us

You can also try running the Office 2007 setup and choose repair.

Another option I've heard sometimes works is to install Firefox, set it as the default browser.  Then open Internet Explorer and reset that as the default browser.

Finally I've installed as you said firefox, set as default browser and it works. After, I set IE as default browser and the link works now on outlook.
