I'm trying to install exchange 2010 on server 2008 standard sp2.  I already had it installed on here once and did a manual uninstall, so I'm assuming I missed a few directories.  I keep getting the error when trying to install it again under the Client Access Role:

Client Access Role
Failed

Error:
The following error was generated when "$error.Clear();
          $InternalOwaUrl="https://" + $RoleFqdnOrName + "/owa";
          new-OwaVirtualDirectory -DomainController $RoleDomainController -InternalUrl $InternalOwaUrl;
        " was run: "An error occurred while creating the IIS virtual directory 'IIS://DC1.DOMAIN.org/W3SVC/1/ROOT/owa' on 'DC1'.".

An error occurred while creating the IIS virtual directory 'IIS://DC1.DOMAIN.org/W3SVC/1/ROOT/owa' on 'DC1'.

Cannot create a file when that file already exists. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800700B7)

Any ideas where this directory is?  I opened up IIS and saw the OWA directory, so I deleted it.  I tried installing again and I'm still getting the same error.
