Day needed in spreadsheet

I need a "day" calculated in this sheet >> https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0ApGg6c9aeywQdGZ5VzcxZHljZkJjQmJ5Y2hJMFgzYUE&hl=en along with a description in sheet3 of the formula used for the other two columns.  Assistance is greatly appreciated.

Still looking at how displaying the day but the times without a Name will not be displayed now.
