google doce online spreadsheet hasn't really got any protection like Excel.
There is a workaround to protect a cell from being accidentally edited. It is described in google dos help
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Google+Docs/thread?tid=321c7486fb15c7f1&hl=en

I applied the method on cell D6 of your spreadsheet. If you try to change the cell it will automatically change itself back to the original value 654.
