Hi!  Everyone,

I have been using Ubuntu 10.04 for Skype.   It is great!   Then I found the same Ubuntu 10.04 can load Adobe Flash Plugin, then it works wonderfully on some of WEB RADIO sites.    Here is the question.   Is there any Plugin which can handle STREAMING radio in the format of Windows Media Player type?

Hi!

Try this plugin: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/446/

It allows you to start an external player for different formats. VLC can play Windows Media streams.

Hi!   TobiasHolm,

Thanks so much.   This Add-on, MediaPlayerConnectivity0.8.3 isn't almighty, but it made accessible a couple of Windows MediaPlayer Streaming sites.   So, I made a good progress.    Thanks again.   Bye now.
