Outlook 2007

After the windows 2008 R2 AD transition from w2K3, The workstation with outlook 2007 are behaving very wiered, if am trying to add any outlook profile, its poping an error saying "currently exchange server is offline......................"

hi rahimpa,
- does the workstation are able to ping the Exchange server?
- check the error log on the Exchange server to see if there is any related error
- try to start outlook in safe mode and create the profile

I restarted the mailbox servers, every thing seems to fine
