TdateTimePicker wont change month

If i set the format property of a TdateTimepicker to yyyy-mm-dd the month part get frozen. I can change the date, it will be changed, but the month part wont. Ifi change the date property to null, then it works - but then im out of control.

Try it with upper case letters for the month part:

yyyy-MM-dd
